An award-winning creative director with two decades of experience in graphic design and brand strategy, Jessi brings a focused, thoughtful approach to creative solutions for our clients. Her keen skill for visual storytelling has garnered recognition from the American Advertising Federation, HSMAI and AIGA Jacksonville. Jessi’s natural curiosity stretches her talents beyond design — she’s recognized as an award-winning podcast host, certified SCRUM master and performance-minded creative thinker with a passion for testing and data metrics.
Her agency pedigree, combined with client-side insight, ensures that every creative solution carefully considers the question: “How does this serve our client’s business needs?”
Creative strategist and storyteller
Jessi has crafted branding, design and messaging for national and international brands, including Omni Hotels & Resorts, HomeVestors, the We Buy Ugly Houses people, Morocco World News and Brightway Insurance. Her experience also includes extensive work on challenger and regional brands, crafting nimble, elegant and strategic creative solutions. Jessi’s holistic approach to creativity intertwines design and copy to deliver visual communication and messaging that drives impact far greater than the sum of each part.
No stranger to media, Jessi has been featured in Escapes Magazine’s 2019 “Fools Rush In” multi-spread article, AIGA Jacksonville’s 2018 Designer Spotlight series and Jacksonville Magazine’s 2011 “Passion Projects” article. She also hosts “Beyond the Tower,” an award-winning podcast spanning three seasons about the historic Omni Homestead Resort.
She frequently focuses her skills towards reinvestment into the local community, including participation in 48in48, an annual hackathon that aims to launch 48 websites for nonprofit organizations in 48 hours using entirely volunteer-based efforts; serving on the board of AIGA Jacksonville 2008-2012; serving on organizational committees for the re:CHARGE 06 and re:CHARGE 08 design conferences; and donating pro bono work to animal-focused nonprofit organizations.

An avid world traveler and culinary adventurer, Jessi’s handwritten cookbooks brim with the flavors of her favorite places: handmade corn tortillas from Cozumel, chocolate ganache-filled macarons from Paris, scones from Fortnum & Mason in London, and limoncello from the Amalfi Coast. Ask her thoughts on utilizing reward points to pay for vacations only if you have time to spare — she is passionate about traveling “with Champagne taste on a beer budget.”
Chasing felines and finish lines
Jessi currently resides in Dallas with her husband, Justin, and three fur babies: Kenzie, the corgi, who actively rules the house; Bear, the Sylvester-painted cat, who can frequently be heard snoring from her perch next to Jessi’s desk; and Luna, the black cat, who lives every day like it’s Halloween. When she’s not running after her energetic herding dog, Jessi’s running to train towards her goal of completing a marathon.
