JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 15, 2017) — After nine months with content marketing and public relations firm Reputation Ink, Account Coordinator Steven Gallo has been promoted to Content Marketing Manager.
Since he joined Reputation Ink in September 2016, Gallo has earned the confidence of clients, creating engaging content and managing public relations for multiple accounts. He already oversees a range of freelance writers and video subcontractors and will have increasing involvement developing marketing strategy at the firm.
Gallo has grown Reputation Ink’s video program and will now serve as head of video services. He currently produces a range of videos for large clients, including Stellar and Rayonier. He also helped produce, edit and direct “F*ck 2016: A Marketer’s Plea to Santa,” Reputation Ink’s award-winning Christmas video, and co-authored the agency’s recently released e-book, “How AEC Firms Can Win More Clients Through Content Marketing.”
Before joining Reputation Ink, Gallo was an on-air reporter for WTOC, the CBS affiliate and top-rated television station in Savannah, Georgia. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. While at UF, he taught journalism courses as a graduate instructor and worked as an anchor and reporter for north-central Florida’s PBS and NPR stations.
