JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Content marketing and public relations firm Reputation Ink has hired Shelby Dorsey as an account coordinator. She joined the agency in March.
Dorsey comes to Reputation Ink with heavy writing and editing experience. Most recently, Dorsey worked as copy editor and reporter for publishing brand MarketingSherpa, a vendor-neutral marketing research firm. There she managed copy for the content and marketing teams, interviewing marketers on and off camera from organizations such as DonorsChoose.org, Boston Children’s Hospital and NakedWines.com about successful marketing campaigns.
She also previously worked with a New York-based fashion retailer to establish its social media presence by developing a blog content calendar and writing social posts.
With a background in secondary English education, Dorsey graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia. As an intern at a low-income elementary school, Dorsey developed reading programs and book clubs to encourage students to read and write.
