JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 7, 2019) — For the second year in a row, Reputation Ink and its client Stellar have been recognized by the Construction Marketing Association (CMA) annual STAR Awards for marketing excellence in the construction industry. The CMA STAR awards recognize excellence in 16 marketing categories and 80 sub-categories each year. In 2018, Reputation Ink and Stellar received two STAR Awards for video work.
Stellar’s industry-focused Food for Thought blog published “[VIDEO] See How Virtual Reality Can Take You Inside Your Food Plant Design,” which provided Stellar’s audience with an overview of how virtual reality (VR) technology can impact their next construction project. VR is changing Stellar’s industry by solving potential issues before construction begins. Reputation Ink interviewed Stellar’s subject-matter experts, filmed the technology in action, edited the footage into a concise story and drafted the blog post. The post breaks down the complex technology into comprehensible takeaways for potential clients, and emphasizes Stellar’s expertise in the increasingly competitive VR space.
The other award-winning video was produced for Stellar’s annual Roundtable event, an invitation-only gathering that allows food manufacturing leaders to discuss the latest trends impacting their industry. Stellar’s 2017 Roundtable theme was “Disruption: The New Norm,” and Reputation Ink developed an intro and outro video for the event.
Because Roundtable attendees come from various backgrounds and industries, the Roundtable videos were created to be broad enough to be relevant to all in attendance, while also focusing on timely industry topics. The script was built with knowledge of Stellar’s service offerings alongside innovative market disruptions (like online food ordering).
“Stellar and Reputation Ink have been partners for almost eight years,” said Justin Bridegan, Stellar’s Marketing Director. “Since the inception of the Food for Thought blog, we have worked together to be on the forefront of thoughtfully educating Stellar’s audience on how we can add value as a design-build partner. Reputation Ink allows us to highlight our innovations, while also contributing to the larger conversation surrounding the construction industry.”
Reputation Ink, a business-to-business (B2B) content marketing, lead generation and public relations agency, serves as the blog’s content strategy, editing and ghostwriting team. Using its public relations expertise, the firm regularly pitches the blog content to food trade media publications, securing multiple weekly placements in publications such as Food Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, Process Cooling, Food Engineering and more.
Last year, Food for Thought was recognized by the 2017 Construction Marketing Association (CMA) annual STAR Awards and has previously won awards from the Jacksonville Business Journal and the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
