JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Jan. 27, 2025) — Raychel Lean, an account manager at professional services marketing and public relations (PR) agency Reputation Ink, has been named the 2025 chair of the South Florida Legal Marketing Association (LMA). She brings previous experience as both a legal journalist and marketer to the role.
LMA is a nonprofit organization serving the needs of legal marketing, business development and client service professionals at all stages of their careers. Its members are from firms and supporting organizations of all sizes.
As chair, Lean will spearhead strategic initiatives and professional development programming for legal marketing professionals across South Florida, advancing the association's mission of elevating industry standards and networking opportunities.
"Raychel brings a journalist's curiosity and a marketer's strategic insight to LMA," Reputation Ink’s principal and president Michelle Calcote King said. “Her involvement with the organization’s Southeast teams will provide her with tremendous opportunities for professional growth and networking that will benefit our entire team's approach to legal marketing.”
Lean joined Reputation Ink in April 2024. She has led communications programs and created content for law firms of all types and sizes operating in the U.S. and globally. Prior to working in marketing and PR, she was an award-winning legal journalist and served as managing editor of ALM’s South Florida publication, The Daily Business Review.
"I first interacted with LMA as a journalist when I'd serve on panels exploring the issues affecting South Florida’s legal market,” Lean said. “As a legal marketer, I’ve found LMA to be a place where creativity collides with business strategy. The organization and its members are an invaluable resource for all legal marketing professionals as they guide firms in this complex and competitive industry.”
