JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — After just over a year with content marketing and public relations firm Reputation Ink, Account Coordinator Shelby Dorsey has been promoted to Operations Manager.
“Our agency prides itself on a lean work model,” said Michelle Calcote King, Reputation Ink’s Principal and President. “As an account coordinator, Shelby always thrived in ensuring our client processes were optimized; promoting her to Operations Manager was a natural transition. She continually searches for opportunities to improve our methodologies, reduce inefficiencies and promote positive client relationships.”

Since she joined Reputation Ink in early 2016, Dorsey has created numerous processes that are used agency-wide, including:
-
Developing and executing a new invoicing system
-
Implementing project management software
-
Streamlining vendor relations
-
Reducing unnecessary expenses
-
Managing client relationships
Shelby also helped write, edit and direct “F*ck 2016: A Marketer’s Plea to Santa,” Reputation Ink’s award-winning Christmas video.
Dorsey joined Reputation Ink after serving as copy editor and reporter for MarketingSherpa and holds her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Georgia. As a copy editor, she has edited three novels, including The Paladin by J.M. Storin.
